Located on the rooftop of the Paramount House Hotel, AP House was our first outpost. The all-day menu offers a mix of light and large options, as well as sweet and savoury. There are plenty of ready-to-go options too, including plain buttermilk croissants, roasted buckwheat and dark-chocolate croissants, which pair perfectly with Reuben Hills Coffee.
Nestled in the vibrant backstreets of Newtown, AP Town is a more grab-and-go venue. Ideal for your morning coffee, a mid-week baked treat or weekend breakfast. The menu here is simple. There are pies filled with pastrami, pork belly or native Warrigal greens. There are two toasties, too, a tuna melt and a next-level cheese toastie filled with onion, tomato, mustard, gruyere, asiago and cheddar.

Located in Sydney’s famous Carriageworks Markets. Our stall here sells all our standard fare but other unique fare with naturally leavened pizza bianca by the slice. Add cured meats, fresh curds, fermented chilli and/or fancy anchovies.
Come visit us, but swing by the other awesome stalls and find organic and biodynamic produce, boutique wines, single origin coffee, herbal teas, meat and freshly cut flowers.
AP Bakery's Inaugural CBD store. A purpose built outpost located at the foot of Martin Place in Sydney's CBD, featuring our cult-status pastry program. Enjoy hand-held delights like rectangular pizza bianca, rosso, and burnt cream bianca with your favourite toppings. Indulge in closed pizza bianca sandwiches filled with house-made porchetta, chicken salad, or avocado. It’s a Monday to Friday thing until sold out.
