We take great care in every step of our process, from growing our own grains to milling them on site and crafting our delicious baked goods. We start by carefully selecting the highest-quality seeds and planting them in nutrient-rich soil. Once the grains have matured, we harvest them and bring them to our on-site mill where we grind them into flour. This freshly milled flour is then used to make our signature breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
